AUSTRALIA DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship to all states and territorries in Australia. All shipping will be completed via Australia Post. All units ordered will have tracking with the purchased product.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do ship internationally. Our prices do NOT include any taxes or any other form of addiotnal costings per your country laws or regulations. Addiotnal fees may be applied for international orders. We use Australia Post to send out the orders.

RETURNS

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

- Customer no longer wants the item.
- Purchased item is opened/damaged by the customer.
- Final sales or clearance items maybe non refundable (Check sales ad)

If the purchased item has been sold with incorrect details on the webpage we will offer up a returns/refund for the product.

If returns or refunds are accpeted by DK TCG and Collectables. We will cover the postage costs to return the item back to DK TCG and Copllectables. Returns or refunds will not take action until the unit in questioned is recieved by us.
